WRR was founded to build more than a portfolio: a professionally managed property group that improves buildings, creates quality homes and carries a family legacy forward.
Founded in 2023
WRR Property Developments began with a clear idea: acquire tired, empty and underused property, invest in it properly and bring it back into productive use as good-quality homes and stronger long-term assets.
From the beginning, the ambition was bigger than buying houses and collecting rent. The aim was to build a family property business with purpose, discipline and a strategy that could grow for generations.
The name
WRR carries the name of Grandad Billy. Together with Joan Radcliffe, he started the family's first business and set an entrepreneurial path that still shapes the family today.
The name is a reminder that every decision carries something forward: reputation, responsibility and the opportunity to leave the next generation something stronger than it inherited.
The next chapter
It is about building with enough care, commercial sense and patience that what is created today can still matter tomorrow. WRR exists to continue that story through property.

Jack leads acquisitions, funding, development opportunities, refinancing, partnerships and the long-term direction of WRR, drawing on an entrepreneurial background outside property.
Lauren leads the operational side of the portfolio, including tenants, property administration, documentation, compliance and the day-to-day organisation needed for disciplined growth.
The long view
WRR's ambition is to become a substantial, professionally managed family property group with a diverse portfolio across residential, HMO, mixed-use, short-stay and specialist accommodation.
The objective is to own the right assets for the right reasons, supported by strong fundamentals, sensible borrowing, recurring income and a professional team capable of operating at greater scale.
